Yesterday was the quarterly check-in with our HR Alumni Group. And this quote from the Buddha perfectly summarizes, what it was about to connect with the women I have been working with in the past.
I feel so much love for the these beautiful, wise, strong, and inspiring women. They have been wonderful companions to me on my way to the leadership person I am today. I have learned a lot from them. And they were very patient with me.
We talked about endings and new beginnings. How each of us takes care of themselves when things get tough. And how we manage to hold ourselves and others when everything happens at the same time: the good and the bad, the ease and the struggle, the beginnings and the endings.
To me, you all do it the Buddha way: gently, gracefully, and with endless love. You are amazing.
